Boston Raising Powerful Musicians, formerly GRCB, is committed to creating an inclusive environment that welcomes and supports a range of gender-expansive identities and expressions. Girls, women, transgender, and gender-nonconforming youth and adults are all part of this community. If you believe this space is for you, it likely is.
Boston Raising Powerful Musicians relies on the generous participation and support of volunteers and donors alike. There are many ways to be a part of BRPM.

All volunteers at BRPM must be above the age of 19 when the begin volunteering.
All Summer Session Youth Volunteers must be ages 16 -18.
We interview all new volunteers. All youth volunteers will undergo a background check. All volunteers must attend one BRPM DEI training and each session’s volunteer orientation.
Summer Session and Adult Weekend Intensive volunteer positions are in high demand! Apply early to be considered for your ideal position.
If you can only volunteer for a day, or part of each day over the session, just let us know in the application, and we’ll do our best to work with your schedule.

Boston Raising Powerful Musicians has an all-volunteer board of up to 12 board members with specific officer positions for the Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Clerk
Each year, BRPM seeks to add new members to its board to bring skills, unique perspective, and diversity to the governing leadership of the organization
